Brain Injury Case Manager
North East of England
This full-time role requiring 28 or 36 hours per week is to join the Northern Lifetime team assisting clients at home and in the community.

We are looking for Case Managers with at least two years experience who are based in the North East of England to become part of our close-knit, experienced and friendly team. We have an excellent reputation in the care community, offer outstanding administrative support and very competitive pay rates.

Personal Assistant
Sheffield, South Yorkshire

This bank role position is to support a 37-year-old Northern Lifetime client living in south west Sheffield. The role is to cover annual leave and sickness in a small and friendly team.

Shifts would generally be for 24 hours, though we are also interested to hear from people who can only offer shorter hours. The role involves personal care, assisting with some household tasks, and driving our client in his vehicle to social events.

Rehabilitation Support Worker
Sheffield, South Yorkshire 


This part-time role is to support a Northern Lifetime client in his 40s living in Sheffield, S25. The role is for 25 hours per week, assisting our client - who has a love of football - to live as independently as possible.

This is a great opportunity to join a new, small, but growing team, particularly as our client hopes to achieve his goal of living on his own, though supported, this Autumn.

This part time role is to support a Northern Lifetime client in her 40s, living in Dewsbury. The position is for 20 hours per week, joining a small team to assist our client living with a brain injury in her own home and in the community.

Our client has an infectious personality and enjoys bowling, people watching and TV sport. You'll need a driving license and will be required to provide some personal care.

Support Worker
Sturton by Stow, Lincolnshire
 
This Bank Hours role is a great opportunity to join a well-established care team in support of our client - a woman in her 40s living with a brain injury in Sturton by Stow - in her own home and in the community.

The role is to cover sickness and annual leave and so on amongst the other seven support workers in the team. Shifts vary in length from eight hours to longer sleep in shifts. 

You'll need a driving license to drive our client in her car to the gym or to visit local cafes.

Rehabilitation Support Worker
York, North Yorkshire
 
This Part-Time role is to support a Northern Lifetime client in his 20s living in a village eight miles from York city centre. Please note that mileage will be paid for travel too and from our client's home (subject to review).

The role is for 44 hours per month, across evenings and weekends, to support him in his own home and in the community.

He lives with his parents and a friendly Labrador dog and is a keen artist, and also enjoys photography, screen printing and film making.

This Bank Support Worker role is to support our client with a brain injury in his own spacious bungalow and in the community.

A 29-year-old man, he has a great sense of humour and varied interests - including bowling, the gym, and putting on comedy shows on a small stage in his games room. You'll need your own car with business insurance mainly for short local journeys with our client.

This part-time role is to support our client with a brain injury, physical difficulties, and who is visually impaired, in her own home and in the community.

Our client is a 20-year-old girl who lives with her family, a small dog and a tortoise. She can be shy, but loves reading, music and musicals, and is interested by DJing. No personal care is required, though she will need some prompting.

This Full-Time role is to support a Northern Lifetime client in her thirties living in Penistone. It requires 36.5 hours per week assisting our client to live as independently as possible in her own home and in the community.

Our client has a great sense of humour and very varied interests. She plays Boccia at the national level, goes swimming, horse riding and to the  gym, and very much enjoys socialising.
