role is to support the rehabilitation of a Northern Lifetime client in Morpeth, Northumberland.
With excellent hourly rates, this is a great opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team supporting a woman with cognitive, communication and physical difficulties. She is moving to a new and adapted home in the centre of Morpeth and requires help with establishing herself in her new surroundings, and with personal care, home based and community activities, and on-going progression with her rehabilitation programmes.

Support Worker
Near Yarm, North Yorkshire
This part time
role is to support a Northern Lifetime client near to Yarm in North Yorkshire. He's an outgoing and physically active young boy with cerebral palsy who attends mainstream school and is very sociable. He needs support on Sundays in his family home and in the community.

weekend role is to support the rehabilitation of a Northern Lifetime client in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. He's a 50-year-old family man living in his own home who enjoys visits to local cafes and pubs, watching football and horse racing on TV, and trips to beauty spots in the nearby Peak District.

role to support a friendly and outgoing Northern Lifetime client in Rotherham. The job involves some driving, including to a local swimming pool, so a driving license and a confidence in driving both automatic and manual vehicles is required.
