Rehabilitation Support Worker
Wakefield
West Yorkshire
This part-time role is to support our client with a brain injury, in his own home and in the community.

He is a bright and knowledgeable man in his early 60s who is looking for some assistance with paperwork, and to attend a local social group.

You'll need your own car and business cover in order to drive our client locally when needed.

Support Worker
Chapeltown, Sheffield
South Yorkshire

This Bank Support Worker role is to support our client with a brain injury in his own spacious bungalow and in the community.

A 29-year-old man, he has a great sense of humous and varied interests - including bowling, the gym, and putting on comedy shows on a small stage in his games room. You'll need your own car with business insurance mainly for short local journeys with our client.

Support Worker
Rotherham, South Yorkshire


This is a part-time role to support a friendly and outgoing Northern Lifetime client in Rotherham.

She's an independent-minded woman in her 50s who loves banter, socialising, shopping, eating out and 80s music.

The job involves some driving; including to a local swimming pool, so a driving license and a confidence in driving both automatic and manual vehicles is required.

Rehabilitation Support Worker
York, North Yorkshire

This part time role is to support a Northern Lifetime client in his 20s living in York. The role is for 44 hours per month, across evenings and weekends to support him in his own home and in the community.

He lives with his parents and a friendly Labrador dog and is a keen artist, and also enjoys photography, screen printing and film making.

Support Worker

  Chesterfield, Derbyshire

This is a part-time role to support our client with cerebral palsy, in his own home and in the community in Duckmanton, Chesterfield.

He's a man in his 30's who loves the cinema, music, DJing and hot yoga, who needs assistance attending groups, and also looking for some new ones to attend.

He doesn't need personal care, but does require prompting.

Rehabilitation Support Worker
Wakefield, West Yorkshire
This part-time role is to support our client with a brain injury, physical difficulties, and who is visually impaired, in her own home and in the community.

Our client is a 19-year-old girl who lives with her family, a small dog and a tortoise. She can be shy, but loves reading, music and musicals, and is interested by DJing. No personal care is required, though he will need some prompting.

Part-time Personal Assistant
Sheffield, South Yorkshire
This part-time role is to support a client in his 30s with a brain injury, in his own home and in the community.

You would be joining an existing support team helping our client make the most of life. His interests include going to music gigs, meeting friends for lunch, and playing Boccia competitively.

The hours are one shift per week from 10:00 to 23:00 and a driving license is an essential requirement - for driving our client in his own car when on shift.
