Case Manager
Sheffield
We are currently looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our growing and friendly team. The role will be working from home and the hours are negotionable.

This part-time role is to support a Northern Lifetime client in his 30s living in Chesterfield. The role is for two days per week, assisting our client - who has a love of music and film - to live as independently as possible.

Female Support Worker
Wakefield
This part-time
role is to support a young female Northern Lifetime client in Wakefield. The role is for 29 hours per week, including a sleep in duty, assisting our client - who has a love of the cinema, bingo and the gym - to live in a shared home with her family as independently as possible.
